1. Your consent
By selecting the checkbox and submitting the form on a.ilindberg.ru, you freely and knowingly consent to processing by Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Romanovich Lindberg, Taxpayer ID 253714588197, Primary State Registration Number 321253600068711, under these terms.
2. Data and purposes
The consent covers your email and, where you voluntarily provide them, your name, Telegram username, and field of work. The purposes are sending requested AGENT OS materials and news, webinar invitations and program announcements, tailoring materials by field of work, answering enquiries, and recording consent.
3. Operations and processing method
The Controller may collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer to providers needed for processing, restrict, and delete information by automated and non-automated means. Form data is sent to Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to record the request; this may involve a cross-border transfer.
4. Term and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until withdrawal or for three years after the last interaction with the Controller, whichever occurs first. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me@ilindberg.ru from or with the email used in the form. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it is received; afterwards the Controller stops processing unless retention is legally required.
5. Consequences of refusal
Without an email address and this consent, the Controller cannot send materials, news, or invitations. Other fields are optional and do not affect your ability to subscribe.
6. Separate communications consent
Consent to receive informational and promotional communications is collected through a separate checkbox. Its terms appear in the marketing communications consent. Website analytics consent is collected separately through the cookie banner.
