2. Information we process
If you choose to submit the materials-and-news form, the Controller receives your email and, only if you provide them, your name, Telegram username, and field of work. Technical information is processed separately after analytics consent: the IP address available to the provider, browser and device details, approximate region, page views, on-site events, referrer, and UTM parameters.
Please do not submit special-category data, payment information, passwords, or other unnecessary information through the form.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- send requested materials, webinar invitations, news, and announcements of upcoming AGENT OS cohorts;
- make materials more relevant to the field of work you choose to provide;
- answer enquiries and keep a record of consent;
- operate the website and, after separate consent, measure visits through Yandex Metrica;
- perform the training agreement after payment.
For the form, the grounds are your separate consents to process personal data and receive informational and promotional communications. Analytics is based on your cookie-banner choice. Contract and payment information is processed to perform the agreement and legal obligations.
4. Processing and retention
The Controller may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer in the cases described here, restrict, and delete data by automated and non-automated means. Form data is retained until consent is withdrawn or for three years after the last interaction, whichever occurs first, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets
The form sends information to Google Apps Script, which records it in a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible to the Controller. This transfers data to Google services and may involve a cross-border transfer. The Controller must establish the appropriate legal basis and meet applicable legal requirements, including notices to the competent authority, before beginning that transfer. You acknowledge this processing method before sending the form.
6. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
Your analytics choice is stored locally in the browser. After you select “Accept,” the website may load Yandex Metrica to understand visits and improve the website. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access; you can reset the choice by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
7. Access and protection
The Controller does not sell personal information. Access is limited to the Controller and providers needed for hosting, analytics, communication, lead storage, and payment, as well as public authorities where lawfully required. The Controller applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards and does not make form data publicly available.
8. Your rights and withdrawal
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing me@ilindberg.ru. Include the email used in the form and the nature of your request. Upon withdrawal, the Controller stops communications and deletes data unless retention is legally required.

This policy may change. The current version is always published at this URL; its effective date appears above.
