1. General provisions
This document is an offer by Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Romanovich Lindberg (the “Provider”) to enter into an information and consulting services agreement on the terms below. Payment for the program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer.
2. Services
The Provider delivers AGENT OS, a four-week practical online program on working with AI agents. The services include eight live sessions, learning materials, session recordings, practical assignments, feedback, and support in a private Telegram group during the program.
3. Dates and format
- onboarding and admission to the private group: from September 7, 2026;
- live sessions: September 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, and 30, and October 2, 2026;
- time: 10:00–12:00 Moscow time (UTC+3);
- format: online, up to 15 participants.
The Provider may change the delivery platform or reschedule an individual session after notifying participants and providing an equivalent replacement.
4. Tuition and payment
Tuition is RUB 40,000, EUR 400, or USD 500, depending on the available payment method and currency. The final amount and currency are shown before the payment is confirmed. A bank or payment provider may charge its own fees.
Payment is made through Tribute or another method agreed with the Provider. Once payment is confirmed, the Provider manually adds the participant to the private Telegram group.
Split payment is available on request: two equal installments of RUB 20,000, EUR 200, or USD 250. The first installment is due before the program starts and the second by September 21, 2026. Split payment does not increase total tuition.
5. Yandex Cloud partner program
AGENT OS is delivered in partnership with Yandex Cloud. A participant who completes the program and meets the partner's requirements may receive a cloud grant of up to RUB 50,000 for their own project. Grant availability is not guaranteed; the partner determines the decision, terms, and amount of support, which are not part of tuition.
6. Third-party services
Paid subscriptions to Bolt, Lovable, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Perplexity, Comet, NotebookLM, Antigravity, OpenRouter, or other third-party services are not included. The Provider uses free tiers where practical but is not responsible for changes to external platform terms, prices, or availability.
7. Rights and responsibilities
The Provider will deliver the program and stated materials. The participant is responsible for internet access, a suitable device, a Telegram account, and any necessary third-party access, and must not share private links, recordings, or course materials.
The program is educational and consultative. Specific financial or professional outcomes depend on the Customer's starting point, participation, and independent work and are not guaranteed.
8. Cancellation and refunds
The Customer may cancel at any time by emailing me@ilindberg.ru. Before services begin, the payment is refunded less the Provider's actual documented expenses. After the program begins, the refund is calculated in view of services already provided, access already granted, and documented expenses.
The Provider will review the request and explain the calculation. Where technically possible, the refund is made through the original payment method. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Course materials are licensed for personal use with no time limit imposed by the Provider, although access may depend on a third-party platform. Copying, resale, public distribution, or transfer to third parties without written permission is prohibited. Rights to a participant's own project remain with that participant unless separately agreed.
10. Personal information and notices
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Legally relevant notices may be delivered by email or through the contact details used for payment and group admission.
